Project "The Beast"
GM V8 6.2 LS3 430 hp came in with low oil presure and heavy engine knock. The sump was taken off, it was full of debris and the big end bearings were welded to the crankshaft. The engine was wrecked. Decision time! The only parts salvagable was the engine block and heads. So began the project: New crankshaft, rods, pistons, bespoke camshaft. In fact everything was replaced. All hi performance parts used, in house balanced and gas flowed heads. With hours and hours of precision work "THE BEAST" was born! Now a 6.8 ltr 638 hp 554 ft lb of torque, What a Monster!

LEFT : Mastercraft X2 Indmar 5.7 petrol / Lpg in for repair and diagnostics. A few problems but we got it sorted. Dyno tested it after repair, all up and running. No problems now on print out
BELOW : Mercury 150 Optimax direct injection in for anual service Diagnostic and Dyno test. Also Suzuki DF 200 came in after ECU went into limp mode. Sorted out with full Diagnostics and Dyno test after set up and replacing faulty sensors.
